We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, right next to the Ohre river. We loved waking up to the sight of seven swans gracefully passing by in the morning. The room was extremely clean and well maintained, with a lovely balcony that offered a beautiful view of the river. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had a sauna, massage services, and a relaxing spa lounge. The free Wi-Fi and ample free parking were an added bonus. We can't wait to come back!

We highly recommend this hotel to all our friends.

This hotel is in a convenient location near the city centre, with easy access to the Ohre river. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering a nice view of the river. the friendly staff makes a great effort in maintaining cleanliness and providing good service.

The lack of sufficient lighting in the main room and the unpleasant smells from the restaurant make the stay less enjoyable.

The hotel was in a great location, with fantastic river views and really clean, cozy rooms. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us a complimentary breakfast and free parking during our stay. we enjoyed the opportunities for winter activities nearby, such as ice-skating and visiting Christmas markets.

Despite these positives, there were a few negative aspects. we were disappointed to find that there weren't any tea or coffee facilities in the room, and the hotel cafe closed early each evening.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The clean and bright apartment had a beautiful river view from the big balcony. The hotel facilities, including the SPA and restaurant, were conveniently located in the building. The staff were friendly and the location, by the riverside, was within walking distance of the city center.

During our romantic escape, we were amazed by the gorgeous view from our spacious room with a balcony. The surroundings were peaceful, with a river flowing peacefully nearby. The staff was attentive, and we enjoyed the spa area, which was well maintained.

Breakfast ended too early. , the lack of tea or coffee in the room was a downside for us.
